Art Assets, founded in 1992, is a national art advisory firm with clients ranging from small entrepreneurial companies to multinational corporations. Our expertise includes assisting our clients in all aspects of acquiring fine art from the inception of the project to installation. All of our services are Turnkey and include Curatorial expertise, framing, installation and insurance.

I founded Art Assets in the depths of the recession in 1992.  It was a marriage of my passions for art and real estate. 

The concept was to offer high quality art to real estate owners and asset managers to attract new tenants and highlight new ownership.  ArtLease has offered a blend of art services and art installations that in the past had only been available by purchasing the art.

Turnkey Services via ArtLease is a concept everyone in real estate has understood immediately. 

In these twenty years, we have seen art become a constant in our lives: visually, on the web, in social media and in what we collect personally.   The fun and excitement for Art Assets is always to be just ahead of the marketplace assisting our clients in defining who they are and how they want to be perceived.
